- What's the difference between a subscription and pay-as-you-go credits?
- A subscription gives you a fixed monthly price with your tier's features and limits — best for creators streaming 24/7. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee: you load credits and pay per streaming hour, and credits never expire. You can start with credits and switch to a subscription anytime.
- What is the Ultimate plan?
- Ultimate is our custom tier for high-volume streamers. Sign in to your dashboard, choose how many active streams you need, and get pricing tailored to your setup.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately through our Polar billing portal.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
- You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
- Are the discounted prices permanent?
- The discounted prices for Growth and Pro are our standard launch prices and stay at the displayed rate for as long as your subscription is active.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed through our billing partners Polar.sh and Stripe.
- Are prices inclusive of VAT?
- Yes. All displayed prices already include VAT — the amount you see is the amount you pay.
