What's the difference between a subscription and pay-as-you-go credits?: A subscription gives you a fixed monthly price with your tier's features and limits — best for creators streaming 24/7. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee: you load credits and pay per streaming hour, and credits never expire. You can start with credits and switch to a subscription anytime.
What is the Ultimate plan?: Ultimate is our custom tier for high-volume streamers. Sign in to your dashboard, choose how many active streams you need, and get pricing tailored to your setup.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately through our Polar billing portal.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?: You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
Are the discounted prices permanent?: The discounted prices for Growth and Pro are our standard launch prices and stay at the displayed rate for as long as your subscription is active.
What payment methods do you accept?: All major credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed through our billing partners Polar.sh and Stripe.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?: Yes. All displayed prices already include VAT — the amount you see is the amount you pay.
How do I cancel my subscription?: You can cancel anytime from the Billing portal in your dashboard — no calls, no emails, no questions asked. You'll keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Why do the recordings of my 24/7 stream disappear on YouTube?: YouTube does not reliably archive a single broadcast that runs longer than about 12 hours — a stream that has been live for days can end up with no recording at all. On plans with 24/7 streaming, StreamHouse saves that recording for you: you pick a moment between 1 and 11 hours in, and at that point we close the YouTube broadcast — keeping those hours as a finished video, unlisted by default — and carry your stream straight on into a new one. Your playback is never interrupted and the playlist never restarts; only the YouTube broadcast changes. It happens once per stream, so you get one recording you can rely on rather than a channel full of fragments. You switch it on per stream when you create or edit it.
