  • StreamHouse is a cloud platform that turns your pre-recorded videos into a 24/7 live stream on YouTube, Twitch, Kick and 11 more platforms. You upload your videos, build a playlist, connect a destination and press Start — no OBS, no dedicated computer, no server management. You can also relay a live feed from OBS to several platforms at once.

  • Creators who want to re-broadcast their own content, music channels running non-stop stations, educational channels looping lessons, meditation / lo-fi / ambient streams, and anyone who wants a 24/7 presence on YouTube without running a dedicated PC.

  • No. StreamHouse runs entirely in the cloud. Once your videos are uploaded and your stream is started, you can close your laptop and the broadcast keeps running from our infrastructure.

  • It depends on your files. Upload and preparation take longer for big videos and slow connections. Once your videos are ready, build a playlist, connect a destination and press Start.

02YouTube & policy

  • Yes — as long as you own or are licensed to use the content and comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. StreamHouse connects using the official YouTube Live RTMP ingestion endpoint with your own stream key, so the stream is fully within YouTube's supported workflow.

  • In YouTube Studio, go to Create → Go Live → Stream. Your stream key appears under the Stream settings section. Copy it and paste it into StreamHouse when creating your stream.

  • Yes, if your channel is in the YouTube Partner Program and the stream complies with YouTube's monetization policies. StreamHouse doesn't touch your monetization — revenue stays 100% between you and YouTube.

  • Yes. You can connect multiple stream keys and run separate streams concurrently — the number of simultaneous streams depends on your plan.

03Multistream & OBS

  • Yes. Send one broadcast to YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Facebook and other destinations at the same time. One broadcast sent to several destinations counts as one stream; different broadcasts use separate stream slots.

  • Yes. Create a live multistream, copy the Server and Stream Key into OBS (Settings → Stream → Custom) and start streaming. StreamHouse distributes your feed to every destination; your encoder and internet connection stay on during the broadcast.

  • Up to 4K UHD at 30 fps, depending on your plan. Every plan streams without a watermark.

  • We auto-select a bitrate that matches YouTube's recommendations for your resolution and frame rate — typically 4,500 kbps for 1080p at 30 FPS. You don't need to configure anything manually.

  • Streams carry AAC stereo audio at 48 kHz, the format YouTube Live expects. Your source videos can use AAC, MP3 or most other common audio codecs.

  • MP4 (H.264) is recommended. MOV, WebM, MKV and M4V are also supported. For best results, use H.264 video with AAC audio in an MP4 container.

05Streaming operations

  • Streams typically appear on YouTube within a few seconds of pressing Start. YouTube itself may take an additional 10–30 seconds to show the live indicator on your channel page.

  • We target 99.9% uptime. If a stream drops due to infrastructure or network issues, StreamHouse automatically restarts the broadcast from the current playlist position.

  • Yes. Add or remove videos, or reorder clips, without interrupting the broadcast. Changes apply to the next queued clip.

  • The dashboard shows a live status indicator, current playing video, and recent events. YouTube's own Live dashboard complements this with bitrate and ingest metrics.

06Content & playlists

  • Yes. When a playlist reaches its last video it automatically starts again from the top, so 24/7 streams run indefinitely without intervention.

  • We recommend at least 2–4 hours of content so loops don’t feel repetitive. Videos in one playlist need a compatible resolution, orientation and frame rate.

  • Yes. Upload a JPG or PNG (1280×720 or larger) to your library, and pick it as the stream thumbnail when creating or editing a stream.

  • Yes, storage depends on your plan: Starter 150 GB, Growth 300 GB, and Pro 500 GB. If you outgrow it, upgrade your plan or remove old files from your library.

07Security

2 questions

  • Yes. Stream keys are stored encrypted at rest and only decrypted inside the streaming worker at broadcast time. They are never shown in plaintext in the UI after initial entry and are never shared with any third party.

  • We use HTTPS everywhere and isolated per-user storage, so your videos are never accessible to other users. Passwords are stored hashed, and you can also sign in with Google or Microsoft.

08Billing

  • Signing up is free. To stream, choose a plan from $19/month, or pay as you go with credits from $0.06/hour at 1080p. Credits never expire.

  • Yes. Plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled or changed at any time from the Plan page in your dashboard.

  • Yes. If StreamHouse didn't work as expected for you, contact us within 7 days of the payment. We review every request, and if it's approved, your payment is refunded.
