Yes, StreamHouse supports multistreaming. For example, while you're live on YouTube you can send the same stream to Twitch and Kick at the same time. Every plan, Starter included, supports this: whichever plan you choose, you can send the same stream to any platforms you like.

Yes. You can create as many playlists as you like from the videos you upload to StreamHouse; there's no limit on the number of playlists. You can also update your playlist during a live stream: add videos, remove the ones you want to take off air and change the playing order.

Yes, you can stream live 24/7 with StreamHouse. If the connection drops, or the platform you stream to has a time limit (on Twitch, for example, a single stream can last at most 48 hours), we automatically resume your stream from where it left off. So as long as your stream key doesn't change, your stream carries on without interruption, 24/7.

Yes, StreamHouse is a paid service, but you can try the Starter plan for 3 days before you buy. A card is required for the trial to prevent abuse of the platform. You can cancel at any time; if you don't cancel, your subscription continues.

Our storage is more generous than other platforms'. We include 150 GB on Starter, 300 GB on Growth and 500 GB on Pro. If that isn't enough, you can buy extra storage from the media library. Extra storage costs:

• 100 GB extra: $6.99 per month

• 500 GB extra: $22.99 per month
• 1 TB extra: $39.99 per month
• 2 TB extra: $69.99 per month

The extra space you buy is added to your existing storage. You can cancel extra storage at any time.

We currently support up to 20 simultaneous streams. Starter includes 1, Growth includes 3 and Pro includes 7. If you want to tailor this to your needs, the Custom plan lets you buy any number of streams from 1 to 20. For example, if you want 2 streams you don't need the Growth plan; just set the stream count to 2 on the Custom plan. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

When you change plans, you don't pay the new plan's full price. The charge is calculated daily for the days left until the end of your current period, and only the difference is charged. For example, if you move from Starter to Growth on day 15 of your period, you're only charged for the extra 2 streams for the remaining 15 days. From the next period, your subscription renews on Growth. You can cancel at any time.

Yes. StreamHouse uses Stripe for payments. Your card and payment details are never stored on StreamHouse servers. You can update your payment details at any time.

Yes, we offer cancellations and refunds. For a refund, the days you've used are deducted and the remaining days are refunded to you. To prevent abuse of the platform, every cancellation and refund request is reviewed; eligible requests are approved.
