StreamHouse ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our platform at streamhouse.co ("Service").

3.4 Google OAuth Scopes
When you sign in with Google or connect your YouTube channel, we request the following OAuth scopes. We only use the data accessed through these scopes for the purposes described below and never sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

You can revoke StreamHouse's access to your Google data at any time from your Google Account permissions page. StreamHouse's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3.5 YouTube API Services
StreamHouse uses YouTube API Services to create and manage live broadcasts on the YouTube channels you connect. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's own processing of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Through YouTube API Services we access and store your channel ID, name, handle and thumbnail, the IDs and status of the live broadcasts and live streams StreamHouse creates for you, and the OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf. We use this information only to run and monitor the streams you set up. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it; apart from Google/YouTube, it is processed only by the hosting providers described in section 6.
You can disconnect a YouTube channel at any time, in the StreamHouse app's account settings or on your dashboard. This revokes StreamHouse's access at Google right away and immediately deletes the channel's stored tokens and details, together with the YouTube data stored on your streams (for a stream that is live, as soon as it ends). Disconnecting doesn't delete anything on YouTube: your videos and live streams stay on your channel. You can also revoke StreamHouse's access from the Google security settings page; we re-check every connected channel at least once a week and delete the stored data of any channel whose access has been revoked. Stored YouTube data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. To have all remaining YouTube data deleted, disconnect the channel, delete your account, or contact us at support@streamhouse.co.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To create and manage your account.
- To process streams and manage your media library.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- To monitor and analyze usage trends and improve user experience.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal Basis for Processing (UK GDPR & GDPR)
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest: To improve the Service, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
- Consent: For optional data processing such as marketing communications.
- Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit.
- Media files are stored in our secure object storage infrastructure.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms (bcrypt).
- We implement access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
- Data may be stored and processed in data centers located inside and outside the United Kingdom.
Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Upon account deletion, your personal data and media files are deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
- Billing records are retained for as long as UK tax and accounting law requires (generally six years).
Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting lawfulness of prior processing).
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the data protection authority in your country of residence, or another relevant supervisory authority.

International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
