Affiliate program

Affiliate Program Terms

Version 2026-10-07 · Effective 7 October 2026

1. Eligibility

The StreamHouse Affiliate Program (the "Program") is operated by ELVESOFT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17477228) ("StreamHouse", "we", "us").

To take part you need a StreamHouse account in good standing, you must be legally able to enter into this agreement, and you must be able to receive bank transfers to an account in your own name or your company's name. Accounts that are banned or restricted cannot take part.

2. Joining the program

You join from the Affiliate page of your StreamHouse dashboard by accepting these terms. Your affiliate account is active immediately; no application or approval is needed. Each StreamHouse account can have one affiliate account.

When you join we record the version of these terms you accepted and the time you accepted them. You receive a personal referral code and link; the code cannot be changed.

3. Referral tracking

A referral is tracked when someone opens a StreamHouse page through your referral link (for example https://streamhouse.co/?ref=YOURCODE), or enters your referral code in the invite code field when they sign up (including before signing up with Google or Microsoft). In both cases we store a signed, first-party cookie in their browser. Tracking requires the visitor's browser to load the page normally; automated traffic and bots are not counted.

Click statistics in your dashboard count each visitor at most once per day and exclude bots. They are a performance guide, not an exact traffic measurement.

4. 60-day attribution

A person counts as your referral if they create a new StreamHouse account within 60 days of first opening your referral link or entering your invite code. The first affiliate link or code they used is the one that counts; a later link or code from another affiliate does not replace it.

Once the account is created, the referral is permanent: the customer stays linked to you and cannot be linked to another affiliate. Existing StreamHouse accounts cannot be referred.

If tracking fails, we may decide to link a customer to you manually. In that case commission applies only to payments made after the moment we link them.

5. Referred customer discount

New customers who become your referral through your referral link or invite code receive a one-time 10% discount on their first successful paid subscription payment. StreamHouse funds this discount; it is not deducted from your balance.

The discount applies once per referred customer, only to that first successful paid subscription payment. It does not apply to starting a free trial or to free or $0 orders (after a trial it applies to the first real charge), and it never applies to renewals, later subscriptions, credit top-ups or other one-time purchases.

The discount is not combined with any other discount, coupon or promotion. If the customer uses another discount that takes more off their first payment, that discount is applied instead, and the referral discount lapses with that payment; it does not move to a later payment.

A refund, cancellation or new subscription does not restore a discount that was used or lapsed. An abandoned or failed checkout does not use it up.

Because commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, excluding taxes, the commission on the discounted first payment is calculated on the discounted amount. For example, a $32.50 (tax-exclusive) first payment discounted to $29.25 earns commission on $29.25. Later payments without the discount earn commission on their full tax-exclusive amount.

Existing StreamHouse accounts and customers we link to you manually do not receive the discount. The discount rate shown to a customer when they sign up is the one they keep; we may change or end the discount for future referrals by updating these terms.

6. Commission rate

The default commission rate is 20%. We may agree a different rate with individual affiliates; your current rate is shown in your dashboard.

Each commission uses the rate in effect when the customer's payment was made. A later rate change only applies to later payments; it never changes commissions already recorded.

7. 12-month commission period

You earn commission on a referred customer's subscription payments for up to 12 months, counted from the date of their first successful paid payment. Payments after that period do not earn commission.

If the customer cancels, commission simply stops with their payments: you earn only on payments that were actually made. An annual payment made within the period earns commission on the full annual amount.

8. Tax-exclusive commission base

Commission is calculated on the subscription amount the customer actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes such as VAT, sales tax, GST and similar taxes. For example, if a customer pays $39 including 20% VAT, the commission base is $32.50.

Payment processing fees are not deducted from the commission base.

Where the tax breakdown of a payment cannot be confirmed automatically, the commission is held for review until we have confirmed the tax-exclusive amount.

9. Non-commissionable payments

Only successful subscription payments earn commission. The following do not: credit top-ups and other one-time purchases; free, $0 or fully discounted orders; payments made before the customer became your referral; failed, pending or reversed payments; payments by you or by accounts you control; and payments we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

10. Trials

Starting a free trial does not earn commission. Commission starts with the customer's first real, successful subscription charge after the trial, and the commission period begins on that date.

11. Credit top-ups

Pay-as-you-go credit top-ups do not earn commission.

12. Refunds and chargebacks

If a commissioned payment is refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed, the related commission is reduced in proportion to the tax-exclusive amount reversed; a full refund cancels it. While a payment dispute is open, the related commission is held; if the dispute is lost, the commission is reversed.

If the commission has already been paid out to you, the reversed amount is deducted from your future earnings. Your balance can therefore become negative until new commissions cover it, and no payout can be requested while it is below the minimum.

13. 30-day pending period

Each commission is pending for 30 days after the customer's payment. If it has not been refunded, reversed or put on hold in that time, it becomes available for payout.

14. Minimum payout threshold

You can request a payout once your available balance is at least $50. A payout request covers your whole available balance, and you can have one open payout request at a time. Pending, held and negative amounts cannot be paid out.

15. Payout method

Payouts are sent in US dollars by bank transfer by ELVESOFT LTD, which may use Wise to send them. You do not need a Wise account. Payouts are processed manually; the status of each request (requested, processing, paid or rejected) is shown in your dashboard.

Fees charged by your bank or by intermediary banks, and any currency conversion by your bank, are outside our control and may reduce the amount you receive. You are responsible for any taxes due on your commission income.

16. Bank details responsibility

You are responsible for giving accurate and complete bank details for an account in your own name or your company's name. Payments sent to details you provided may not be recoverable if those details were wrong.

Bank details are stored encrypted. Each payout request uses the details saved at the time of the request; changing your details later does not change a request already made. We may ask you to confirm your details before paying, and we may reject a request we cannot verify — the amount then returns to your available balance.

17. Currency and exchange

Commissions, balances and payouts are kept in US dollars. If your bank account is in another currency, conversion happens during the transfer at the rate applied by the payment provider or your bank.

Commission on a payment made in a currency other than US dollars is held until we have confirmed its US-dollar value.

18. Self-referrals

You may not refer yourself, your own other accounts, or accounts you control. Such referrals are blocked where we can detect them and never earn commission. Referrals that look related to your own account may be held for review.

19. Fraud and abuse

You must promote StreamHouse honestly. Spam, misleading claims, impersonating StreamHouse, forced or hidden cookie setting, fake or incentivised sign-ups and any other attempt to obtain commission without a genuine referral are not allowed.

If we suspect fraud or abuse, we may hold or reverse the affected commissions, refuse or reject payouts, and suspend or close your affiliate account.

20. Inactive accounts

If your affiliate account is set to inactive, your referral link stops bringing new referrals. Customers you already referred keep earning you commission for the rest of their commission period, and you can still request payouts.

21. Suspended accounts

A suspended affiliate account is under review. While suspended, no new referrals are attributed to you, your commissions are held, payout details cannot be changed, and no payout can be requested or paid — including a request made before the suspension. When the review is finished we may reactivate the account and release commissions, or close it.

22. Program changes

We may change these terms, the default commission rate or the Program. A new version of the terms is published on this page with a new version number and effective date. Changes do not alter the rate of commissions already recorded.

23. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting us. We may end your participation if you breach these terms or if we close the Program.

On termination, an available balance of at least $50 is paid out unless the termination is for fraud or a breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

24. Limitation and program discretion

Referral attribution and commission calculations are based on our records. Where a referral, payment or commission is disputed, our reasonable decision based on those records is final.

The Program is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under the Program is limited to commissions that are due to you and unpaid. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee, agent or partner of StreamHouse.
