Terms of Service

01Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the StreamHouse platform ("Service"), operated by ELVESOFT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17477228 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

02Description of Service

StreamHouse is a live streaming management platform that enables users to upload media content, create playlists, and broadcast live streams to YouTube and other supported platforms. The Service includes a dashboard, media library, playlist manager, and stream management tools.

03User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Stream, upload, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.

05Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of all content that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant StreamHouse a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

06Subscription Plans & Billing

• The Service offers free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.
• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected by the user.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
• Free trials: when you start a free trial, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and your card is charged for the first billing period, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Because the trial lets you try the Service before paying, the payment taken after a free trial is generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime during the trial from your dashboard and you won't be charged.
• Refunds are not guaranteed. If you have a valid reason — for example, the Service did not work as expected for you — you can contact us to request a refund. Each request is reviewed case by case, and whether a refund is issued is at our sole discretion.

07Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube (Google). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms. StreamHouse is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

StreamHouse uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to StreamHouse or using the Service to broadcast to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

08Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making material changes.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamHouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts there.

12Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
