Terms of Service - Stream House

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Stream House platform ("Service"), operated by Stream House ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Stream House is a live streaming management platform that enables users to upload media content, create playlists, and broadcast live streams to YouTube and other supported platforms. The Service includes a dashboard, media library, playlist manager, and stream management tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Stream, upload, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Transmit harmful, offensive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of all content that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Stream House a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limits.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected by the user.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube (Google). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms. Stream House is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stream House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
